Order, pay and send

Order your favourite piece of clothing from K[DESIGN]? We make sure you can order safe and quick!

We offer a secure and reliable payment system through our payment partner Mollie. When you place your order, we redirect you to a secure page that is denoted by ‘https’ in your browser address bar. Your payment details are solely and exclusively used for the payment. We never disclose your details to anyone else.

It is easy and secure to pay by the following methods:

  • Bancontact
  • Mister Cash
  • KBC/CBC Online
  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • Maestro
  • PayPal

You can follow your order by using a track & trace code. Once your order has been processed and it is ready for shipment, you will receive this code by email. This means you will know when to expect your order and whether there are any delays.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change or cancel an order after it has been paid for.

You will receive an order confirmation by email within 24 hours.

If you haven’t received a confirmation email:

  • Check your spam folder.
  • Check your email address in your account. Perhaps your email address was entered incorrectly.
  • If you have still not received a confirmation email after doing all this, contact us at support@k-designfashion.com. We will be pleased to check whether we have safely received your order.

K[DESIGN] aims to ship orders rapidly. You will receive your order within three working days.

Exchange and return

Exchange and return your K[DESIGN] order easily within 14 days.

Caution! If the return procedure below is not followed, an administrative fee of €10 will be deducted from the refund.

Do you want to exchange an item of clothing? Or are you dissatisfied with your order? You can exchange or return your online purchases within 14 days of receipt.

You can create and pay for a return label in your K[DESIGN] account.

  • Go to your K[DESIGN] account and select the item you want to send back under return.
  • Tell us why you are returning the product.
  • Create a dispatch label (follow the steps shown in your account), print out the label and send the package (with the label) in its original condition and/or packaging. Note: you are responsible for the return postage costs. Use the return postage label that you are able to create for your account so that the returned items stay linked to your order.
  • K[DESIGN] will be notified about your returned order.
  • After we have received this we will check the condition of the item you have returned. If it is undamaged, you will receive a refund of the purchase price through our payment system, Mollie.

 

Please note! If you want to make a complaint or if your order is damaged, please do not return the item. Instead, you should email our customer service department at customerservice@k-designfashion.com.

Naturally, we want your K[DESIGN] order to fit perfectly. Send the incorrectly sized item back to us and place a new order in the right size.

Our return address will appear automatically when you request the label in your K[DESIGN] account.

You will receive an email confirmation from us within five days of the arrival of the item.

The customer is fully responsible for postage costs and for sending back the returned item.

Naturally, this depends on the condition of the item of clothing. If it is undamaged and unworn, in its original packaging and still has its price label and original tags, you will receive a refund for the full amount, excluding postage costs.

Complaints

At K[DESIGN] we attach much importance to our qualitative customer service. If you have any feedback or complaints, we would love to hear from you.

Please email our customer service department at customerservice@k-designfashion.com. We will provide you with further help as soon as possible.

  • Describe the complaint as clearly as possible.
  • State the order number and item number.
  • Send a photo of the damaged item of clothing, or the item that did not meet your expectations.

StayFresh is a unique protective coating which means that your clothing stays fresh for longer. In the online shop, the StayFresh label denotes which items of clothing have been treated with this technology. You can find more information about StayFresh by visiting kdesign.denk.be/stayfresh/
