Return conditions

You have up to 14 days after receiving your package to register your return via the website.
This is the only way we will accept returns.

Make sure all items still have the original tags and labels and are unworn and undamaged. We appreciate receiving the items back the same way you received them.

You must register a return via your customer account on our website. Via the ‘Returns’ tab, specify which item from your orders you wish to return. Indicate the reason for the return. Then go through the steps to purchase your shipping label. Put the return item back in its original packaging, attach the shipping label and drop it off at a PostPoint.

You are responsible for the return shipment until the package reaches us, so please remember to ask for proof of posting when you go to post the package.

The package must be returned in its original packaging, with original tags and labels, and the items must be undamaged and show no signs of use.

When the return package and returned items have been received in good order and processed, you will receive a confirmation via email. We aim to issue a refund within 7 working days of processing the return. In any event, refunds will be issued within the statutory period of 14 days.

We cannot accept the goods for return if we suspect that the items have been worn more often than when trying them on.

It is not possible to exchange an item, you will have to re-order the desired size on the website.

Have you received a damaged product or do you have a complaint about a product? These items cannot be sent as a regular return parcel, but must be reported to customer service at customerservice@k-designfashion.com. Describe the complaint as clearly as possible, specify the order number and item number, and enclose a photo of the complaint.
